3.The owner of 980 is much more likely to <br />maintain our view over Lot 13 than is John <br />Brooks, or any other future owner of 905. <br />For example, the maple trees are unlikely <br />to be removed if John Brooks is the owner. <br />Similarly, I do have an ongoing interest <br />in the navigability of the channel, so <br />much so that I participated with John <br />Brooks in paying for the recent dredging. <br />These are just a few thoughts generated by your <br />comments on the Lot 13 situation. In my view, this <br />is a very unique set of circumstances and does not <br />constitute some sort of dangerous precedent of the <br />sort with which you are concerned. <br />I hope these comments clarify my thinking on this <br />subject.
