Applicant proposes to remove the <br />dilapidated 20'x24' garage located on Parcel H. That garage encroaches 2.8’ into the West <br />Femdale Road right-of-way, and is in a precarious state. Applicant proposes constmcting a new <br />garage to replace it at approximately the same location, but within the property with a 1' street <br />setback. The garage as proposed by applicant would be approximately 20' from the wetland, <br />requiring a 6' setback variance.
