Also see the application <br />(attachi lent A). <br />Criteria fo r Determining Undue Hardship <br />1. The property in question cannot be put to a reasonable use if used under conditions <br />allowed by the official controls. <br />While the property in question can be put to a reasonable use, it currently does not have <br />a garage. The applicant would also like to increase the amount of living space. <br />2. The plight of the landowner is due to circumstances unique to his property not created <br />by the landowner. <br />The lot does not meet area or width requirements of the zoning district.
