Nothing contained in this Declaration shall be deemed to <br />constitute a gift, grant or dedication of any portion of the Easement Parcel to the general <br />pubUc for any pubUc purpose whatsoever, it being the intention of the Declarants that. <br />except as otherwise set forth herein, this Declaration shall be strictly limited to the <br />private use of the Owners and Occupants of the Benefitted Parcels. Except as to those <br />provisions hereof \N-hich may be of benefit to the City, this Declaration is intended <br />benefit the Owners and their respective successors and assigns, and is not intended to <br />benefit any person as a third-party benefidaiy hereunder or to give any such person any <br />rights hereunder. <br />14. Amendment- The easement and covenants created and declared by this <br />Declaration may, at any time and from time to time, be amended upon the filing for <br />record in the office of the Hennepin County Registrar of Titles of an agreement <br />amending this Declaration, executed in the manner required by law for the recording of <br />conveyance of real property by the then Owners, both legal and equitable, of all of the <br />Benefitted Parcels, and consented to by the mortgagees of all of the Benefitted Parcels <br />and by the City. <br />15. .Git/?
