9.Miscellaneous. <br />(a) Severability. If any provision of this Declaration is, to any extent, <br />declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the <br />remainder of this Declaration (or the application of such provision to persons or <br />circumstances other than those in respect of which the determination of invalidity <br />or unenforceability was made) shall not be affected thereby and eacli provision <br />of this Declaration shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted <br />by law. <br />(b) Governing Law. This Declaration shall be construed in accordance <br />with the laws of the State of Minnesota. <br />(c) Captions. The captions of the paragraphs of this Declaration are for <br />convenience only and are not intended to affect the interpretation or construction <br />of the provisiorts herein contained. <br />(d) Binding Effect.
