r VILLAGE OF ORONORegular Meetiing of tho Planning Commiasionr <br />August 19» 1974 <br />The Planning Conmission met on the above date <br />with the following menbors present: Chairman <br />Guthrie, Curtis, Hake, Kullberg, and Van Nest <br />Elliott at 8i00 P.M. Pesek at 8i25 P*M. <br />Absent! Gaoch and Xallestad. <br />Curtis moved, Kullberg seconded, that the <br />Minutes of the Regular Meeting of July 15, <br />1974, be approved. ^k>tion, i\yes (5) - Nays (0). <br />Curtis moved, Kullberg seconded, that the <br />Minutes of the Public Hearing of July 29, <br />1974, be approved. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />Guthrie opened a public hearing on the <br />vacation of Lake Street in Ottoville. <br />Since nobody wished to be heard, the hearing <br />was closed. <br />Tom Betz showed the realignment proposed to <br />cooqpensate the Village for the present 30* <br />of Lake Street by detouring it another way. <br />Van Nest moved. Hake seconded, that the <br />realignment as submitted be approved. Motion, <br />Ayes <5) - Nays (0)• <br />William Bolder represented himself in a <br />petition for a variance to construct a <br />residence on Lot 1, Block 4, Navarre Heights, <br />3505 Livingston Avenue. He was asking for a <br />variance in size from one-half acre to 6,750 <br />sq. ft., in width from 100* to 50*, from one <br />side setback of 10' to 4', to place a <br />26' X 50' house thereon. He showed a letter <br />from the neighbor being encroached on stating <br />he had no objection.
