The zoning lot is heavily wooded in the location where the storage shed is proposed.The lot slopes down to the wetland. Any new structure is required to be at least 26' <br />from the edge of the wetland. <br />There are two residential structures on this site, two garages and one porch according <br />to the submitted survey. <br />The proposed storage building would require the removal of trees and vegetation <br />on the site. The impact of removal of the vegetation and trees and its impact on <br />the wetland is not known. <br />The permit record indicates that a permit for a garage was issued in 1973. The zoning <br />lot was connected to sewer in 1986. It appears that no other permits or variances were <br />issued for this property. <br />The street file does indicate that in February 1996 a vacation or division for tax purposes <br />was filed.
