r <br />'tk^A <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />7. <br />ATTEST: <br />improvements are completed, shall maintain the stormwater facilities in functional <br />condition, including regular cleaning of the catch basin sumps. <br />Applicants shall obtain the necessary approvals from other government agencies <br />prior to commencing the project, and shall complete the mitigation measures in a <br />timely manner as proposed. <br />Authorities granted by this resolution are permissive only and must be exerci^ <br />by application for land alteration permit within one year of the date of Council s <br />approval, or the special conditions of this resolution will expire on that date <br />(September 22,1998). <br />Violation of or non-compliance with any of the »erms and conditions of this <br />resolution shall constitute a violation of the Zoning Code, shall automatically <br />terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />The undersigned applicant has read, understood and he eby agrees to the terms of <br />this resolution on behalf of Hennepin County. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council on this 22nd day of September, 1997. <br />Dorothy M.
