Council may wish to address the following prior to taking action; <br />1.Should the City take action to encourage BWSR to accomplish wetland mitigation for this <br />project in Orono, or at least within the Lake Minnetonka watershed? <br />2.At the Planning Commission meeting, a number of residents expressed concern about the <br />alignment determination process, which appear to tc of moic concern to most residents <br />than the wetland impacts being discussed. Planning Commission recommended that <br />Council hold an additional public information meeting with the County to address <br />residents' concerns. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Take action to adopt the attached resolution as drafted or adopt with revisions <br />■' I irnrwim
