In aoproving front/back lot divisions, the City may require <br />that both front lot and back lot share a driveway access <br />within the access outlet if Council determines that creating <br />an additional access to the existing street wUl be a potential <br />safety hazard. <br />Driveways within a back lot shall be located at least 10 ’ <br />from the side or rear lot lines of adjacent lots. <br />No more than two residences may be served by a driveway <br />located within an access outlet. <br />No access outlet may be platted abuning an adjacent outlot <br />except when the intent is to combine the two access outlets <br />for creation of a pubUc or private road meeting City <br />standards. <br />5 Screening requirements and accessory structure standards. <br />Front/back lot subdivisions shaU be designed in a manner such that <br />the screening requirements and accessory structure standards or <br />Section 10.03, Subdivision 27 can be met. <br />The reouirements and standards of this section snail apply only to <br />those front/back lot divisions which receive preliminary plat <br />approval after January 1, 1994. <br />c. <br />d. <br />e. <br />r
