There are: <br />32,000 square feet of brush and grasses, 2-4 feet high <br />some brush on north line, 10-15 feet high <br />approximately 200-300 tree seedlings, 2-5 feet high, too numerous to <br />count <br />2 evergreens - 5-10 feet high <br />25 deciduous trees, 20-60 feet high. <br />cc: file
