adjacent to the northwest restaurant doorway exit, subject to approval of the <br />Inspections Department, and such railing to be in place prior to opening of the new <br />access. <br />5. Changes to the submitted parking plan shall be required as noted in Exhibit D, <br />including: <br />A. Elimination of the last parking stall adjacent to the westerly Shoreline Drive <br />exit to the site; and <br />B. Reconfiguration of the parking lot curbing near the new access to create <br />additional green space. <br />6. Authorities granted by this variance run with the property not with the owners, but <br />are permissive only and must be exercised by application for a land alteration <br />permit within one year of the date of Council approval, or the special conditions of <br />this resolution will expire on that date (August 25, 1998). <br />7. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br />vari^ce shall constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically <br />terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />8.
