Planning Commission is requested to first address the <br />issue of density, giving applicant clear direction as to the number of units feasible for this site. <br />Planning Commission is advised that the PRD standards were designed to allow the City a <br />significant degree of flexibility in establishing performance standards for each PRD development. <br />Since we have no similar precedent developments in Orono to use as a guide for review. Planning <br />Commission has an opportunity to develop its own goals and objectives for reviewing the <br />proposed development of this property, and e^ tablish suitable standards to implement them. <br />•. 1^1
