They are also pertinent to the application <br />which Conley Brooks, Jr. is in the process of making regarding his portion of the Skarp <br />property, 980 West Ferndale Road (Conley Brooks, Jr.'s new house), the land in <br />Government Lot 1 (§2-117-23) lying south of the center line of Wesi Ferndale Road and <br />960 West Ferndale Road (the Floyd house).
