Description of Request <br />I am requesting this land use application to erect an Amateur Radio antenna and commercially <br />built antenna tower, to be used for my personal enjoyment as a licensed Amateur Radio operator. <br />Neither the antenna or tower wil* be used for any form of business activity. <br />The overall height of the antenna structure wall be 70 ’, a necessary height of the antenna <br />configuration for the type of communications that i desire to engage in. (International amateur <br />communications.) <br />The installation will consist of an appropriate concrete base, a 65 ’ antenna tower, with the <br />antenna’s located at the top of the tower. <br />The antenna structure will not be located within a front, comer side or side yard. The location of <br />the structure was selected to minimize its’ visual impact by making use of the surrounding trees.
