r <br />1. <br />2. <br />5. <br />6. <br />7. <br />ATTEST: <br />The permit is issued for the sole amateur use of the applicant while he owns the <br />property. <br />The antenna structure shall be dismantled, and substructures and footings to be <br />removed or filled when the applicant is no longer residing in or owns the property. <br />3. The applicant shall obtain a building permit for the antenna structure. <br />4. The antenna will not be extended to the full height when not in use. <br />Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not with the owners, <br />t-u; are permissive only and must be exercised by application for a building permit <br />permit within one year of the date of Council's approval, or the special conditions <br />of this resolution will expiie on that date (July 14, 1998). <br />Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br />resolution shall constitute a violation of the Zoning Code, shall automatically <br />terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />The undersigned applicants have read, understood and hereby agree to the terms <br />of this resolution and on behalf of themselves, their heirs, successors and assigns, <br />hereby agree to the recording of this resolution in the Chain of Title of the <br />property. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council on this 14th day of July, 1997. <br />Dorothy M.
