The purpose of the review is to consider the <br />seventeen lot plan that includes a long cul-de-sac road, a short cul-de-sac extension, <br />and a private driveway to serve 4 lots. Planning Commission should review the <br />pertinent sections of the Subdivision and Zoning Codes to determine whether the <br />subdivision conforms to requirements of the Code, as well as to the City's park plans <br />for the area.
