No hardcover variance <br />is required. <br />STATEMENT OF HARDSHIP <br />The appUcant has indicated that the zoning code restricts the flowed height of the <br />structure because of the height of the principal structure. The pnncipal structure is 11 ft. 6 m. t <br />height. <br />r.riteria for Determining Undue Hardship <br />The property in question cannot be put to a reasonable use if used under conditions <br />allowed by the official controls. <br />1. <br />Any accessory building would have to be less than the height (>11'6”) of the pnncipal <br />structure. The residence can continue to be used for residential purposes. <br />2.The plight of the landowner is due to circumstances unique to his property not created <br />by the landowner. The landowner is restricted by: <br />1. The height of the principal structure. (1T6") <br />2.
