The proposed structure exceeded the 1,000 sq. ft. maximum size <br />requirement for lots less than 2 acres in size. A height variance is required <br />because the height of any accessory structure is dependent on the height of the <br />principal structure. The existing residence is approximately IT 6" in height. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission recommended that the size of the accessory structure be limited to <br />1,000 sq. ft. and the height be limited to 30'. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To approve or amend the attached resolution that grants: <br />a.
