The Council has indicated it wants to recognize the Daytons for this <br />donation. Because the donation furthers the city's philosophy of maintaining its rural character and <br />preserving open space, it appears that an appropriate recognition would be the Robert L. Searles <br />Meritorious Service Award. <br />It may work best to recognize the Daytons at the beginning of an upcoming Council meeting. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to select a date and time for the recognition of Bruce and Ruth Dayton.
