Gi^pa <br />Title Director of Public Services <br />Administrator Reviewed:Agenda Section: <br />Engineer's Report <br />Item Description: Change Order No. 1 North Lake Sanitary Sewer Project <br />This sewer project has several difficult areas where sanitary sewer lines will have to be installed <br />in easement areas across existing yards. During easement negotiations the sanitary sewer <br />alignments were changed in several locations at the request of the property owners to protect <br />existing trees. These alignment modifications require the installation of additional manholes. The <br />removal of existing trees is required for this project. The property owners requested replacement <br />trees be planted. The number of replacement trees is greater than the original contract quantity <br />that was bid. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve Change Order No. 1, North Long Lake/Long Lake Country Club Sanitary <br />Sewer project, in the amount of $12,420
