References checked provided very positive responses <br />about this contractor. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to award a contract for construction of the Old Crystal Bay Road Trail, North Segment <br />to Expert Asphalt Company in the base bid amount of $54,324.80
