Briefly, applicants originally proposed to <br />construct a 24 x37 5 pole building at the rear corner of this 0.41 acre property. Applicants have <br />recently conipleted construction of their home, which was granted a lot area variance in 1996. <br />An existing 672 s.f. garage is intended to remain. <br />The new building is proposed to be placed near the right rear comer of the lot due to topography <br />of the site as well as existing vegetation. This will be an extra high garage to accommodate <br />s orage of a motor home as well as other vehicles, recreation equipment, etc. However <br />applicants propose no driveway leading lo the structure, and propose to leave the area along the <br />south side of the house as grassed yard.
