No. 07-117-23 23 0001) at no cost to the city for <br />public use. It is the city’s understanding that the County is in agreement that a one-half acre <br />portion of this property may be divided off to be acquired by the Valeks. This property is <br />adjacent to the tax forfeit parcel. <br />It is also the city’s understanding that the details of this transaction are yet to be worked <br />out, and that the city will play a role in finalizing these details.
