(1.97 acres) <br />Application:Applicant seeks a conditional use permit and variance to reconstruct <br />a 27.2 X 25.9 detached garage. A conditional use permit is required <br />for an accessory structure on a through lot. A variance to reduce the <br />street setback fi’om 50' to 9' is also required. <br />Background <br />This application was previously considered by the Planning Commission on 10/21/96.
