(.63 acres) <br />Application: The owner of the Old Hill Schoolhouse at 2180 North Shore Drive, Martin B. <br />Schneider, is requesting an amendment to a conditional use permit to allow the Lake Minnetonka <br />Environmental School to locate in the building. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />To unanimously approve amending the conditional use permit to provide for Lake Minnetonka <br />Environmental School to locate in the building as lutlined in the application, subject to: <br />1.The building shall have a certificate of occupancy before the school relocates into <br />the building; <br />2. A future change in tenancy shall require an amendment to the conditional use <br />permit; <br />and review of appropriate use classification and required slate building code rules and regulations <br />for the proposed use. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To adopt the enclosed resolution.
