Those design adjustments <br />have been completed (please see the attached drawings ). * <br />Sol) borings and analysis are complete and piling construction (with approximately 50 toot <br />deep pilings ) will bo required for a proper building foundation. <br />HARDSHIP DESCRIPTION OF UNUSUAL PROPERTY CONDITIONS: <br /><^lte <br />The site is over 356 feet deep from tlie Minnetonka lakeshore to North shore Drive. However, <br />the site Is very narrow and the lagoon cuts into the site area. The only location available for a <br />structure Is the approximate location of the existing structure. The proposed building Is 16 feet <br />back from the existing building and the earlier proposed building location. The existing home to <br />be removed Is very forward of the line of site average lakeshore setback due to 3135 being sot <br />back so far duo to the lagoon. This is due to an Irregular lakeshore line created by the lagoon. <br />In order to put the site to reasonable use. any new home design will occupy nearly the same <br />location as the existing home requiring all the necessary variances per current ordinances. <br />(Please see drawings attached)
