(.439 acres of dry buildable) <br />Application: <br />Background: <br />Applicant is seeking lot area, lot width, hardcover, average lakeshore <br />setback, and side yard vs.riances to remove an existing residence and <br />construct a new resiucuce. A conditional use permit is also required <br />to excavate in the 0 ’-75' setback area to establish a new foundation. <br />The applicant has appeared before the Planning Commission in March <br />and April.
