The City-required 26' buffer will be maintained. <br />- Filling of a (»,88 acfO portion of 1.92 acre Wetland #5 to create part <br />of Fairway excavation of a 0.84 acre portion of the wetland to <br />create a NUBIP pond, and excavation of 0. t S acres of upland to create <br />new wetland, TTie required 26' setback will be maintained around the <br />NURP basin. <br />Filling of a 0K)7 acre portion of 0.70 acre Wetland #12 to create port <br />of Fairway #7. A 26' buffer will be maintained except for along the <br />260' wetlanddtll line. <br />Excavation of 0.57 acres of upland adjacent to 3.50 acre Wetland #15 <br />cKpoad-tlda wctlemd-to 0.57 acres.
