At the <br />recommendation of ..to MCWD consulting engineers, the Board of Managers <br />approved the application with the following conditir is: <br />Adopt the use of Best Management Practices (BMP's) in accordance with <br />those published in (Juan! ity und Quality of Runoff from Four Golf Courses in <br />the Twin City Metropolitan /Irea (.lohn Barten. September. 1995). <br />Receipt of fmal plans showing revised buffers and pond designs <br />Receipt of copies ot applications to appropriate agencies for a.ssociatcd <br />permits (MPCA. NPDES. etc.; <br />Determination of the amount of the performance bond <br />Receipt of a signed maintenance agreement for the NURP ponds. <br />Reimbursement of mailing costs for notification in the amount of $46.89 <br />Payment of Rule .1 fees in the amount of $1109.30. <br />Due to the size and complexity of certain projects, the Board, by Rule .1. requires <br />that site inspections be conducted. In these cases, the applicant is required to pay <br />to the District, a fee equal to the actual costs of analysis of the project. field <br />inspection, engineering services, legal services, and any subsequent monitoring of <br />the work, fhese costs are referred to as Rule J fees. <br />When the above conditions have been met tlie District staff will issue the permit. <br />Work on the project may not begin until the permit has been i.ssued. <br />Suzanne M Weedman <br />Asst.
