Gappa <br />Title Director of Public Services <br />Administrator Reviewed:Agenda Section: <br />Engineer's Report <br />Item Description: <br />Request to Advertise for Bids Sanitary Sewer Projects <br />Plans and specifications have been completed for the Bay Ridge/Hartwood and Bracketts Point <br />Sanitary Sewer projects. <br />The bid opening is scheduled for Friday, June 6,1997 at 10:00 a.m. The bids will be considered by <br />the Council at the June 9ili meeting provided that wavers of assessment appeals have been obtained <br />from all of the affected property owTiers. Based on the contract award at the June 9th Council <br />meeting construction is anticipated to begin in early July. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Approval of the attached resolution approving the plans and specifications and ordering <br />advertisement for bids.
