There also are no <br />spacing requirements from certain uses such as day care facilities, churches and schools. <br />Staff needs to review the current ordinances, including other City ordinances pertaining to nudity, <br />obscenity and liquor to determine how these uses are regulated and how they might be regulated <br />in the future. <br />Attachments <br />1.
