1 <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO CITY COUNCIL <br />MEETING HELD ON APRIL 14,1997 <br />(#19) HARBOR LIMITS ORDINANCE <br />This agenda item will be discussed at the next Council meeting. <br />(*#20) LICENSES <br />Goetten moved, Peterson seconded, to approve the following licenses: <br />Firearms Use Permit Hennepin Parks <br />Larry Gillette <br />Deer Hunt at Baker Park <br />November 29 and 30, 1997 <br />Special Event Permit Norwest Bank Minnesota <br />Paul W. Maahs <br />17th Annual Lake Minnetonka Half Marathon <br />Vote: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />(*#21) BILLS <br />Goetten moved, Peterson seconded, to approve payment of the All Funds Account <br />Vote; Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />The meeting was adjourned to an Executive Session at 10:59 p.m. <br />The purpose of the Executive Session was to address potential litigation related to the <br />Park Dedication fee for the Fullerton Subdivision.
