Council directed <br />staff to prepare a revised Preliminary Plat Approval resolution reflecting the Council's findings and <br />approval conditions per the discussion at the meeting. <br />Applicant's attorney initially provided staff with a proposed resolution, which staff has revised <br />significantly in order to reflect staffs understanding of Council's action and intent. Applicant’s <br />attorney has not, as of the time this goes to print, indicated acceptance of the attached resolution. <br />Staffs proposed resolution is attached for Council review and adoption. <br />Council Action Requested <br />Adopt the attached resolution granting preliminary approval of a Class II subdivision for property <br />located at 2190 Wayzata Boulevard.
