If his appraisal confirms over valuation, <br />then 1 plan on appealing to the Hennepin County Board of Equalization. It would be preferable <br />to try and handle this at the local level, but unfortunately, the appraisal will not be completed by <br />April 23. <br />1 will be out of town April 23, and will therefore be unable to attend the hearing.
