Section 11.62 provide.^ a dedication reciuirement of ’’8% of the land <br />being platted" or a "cash contribution . . . equivalent to the fair market value of the <br />equivalent undeveloped land." <br />Minnetonka . Section 420.17, subd. 2, protides a cash contribution in lieu of <br />land in the amount of "S550 per buildable lot" for single dwellings. <br />Wayzata . Section S05.37(i) provides when a cash equivalent is appropriate <br />"each single-family lot is required to pay a minimum of four hundred fifty dollars <br />($450.00) or seven percent (7')o) of the determined land value, whichever is greater, <br />up to a maximum of two thousand dollars (S2.000.00)." <br />Minnetri.sta.
