V‘ <br />‘ I <br />r. <br />i <br />§ 6-112 MINNETRISTA CITY CODE <br />Sec. 6>112. Ileckless operation of vehicles or watercraft. <br />No person shall operate any watercraft, automobile, vehicle or power propelled device on <br />the open water, or upon an ice covered body of water, in such a manner as to endanger life, <br />limb or property. <br />(Ord. No. 10, § 7(11), 6-1-61) <br />State law references—Reckless, careless, etc., operation, M.S. § 361.041; local boating <br />regulations, M.S. § 361.26. <br />Sec. 6*113. Swimming or diving in channels. <br />No person shall swim in any channel or jump or dive from a channel bridge. <br />(Ord. Fish houses, warming houses, etc. <br />(a) No person shall place any fish house, warming house, or other similar structure on <br />any frozen public waters within the harbor limits of this city unless: <br />(1) There is legibly painted thereon in letters three (3) inches in height the following <br />information: <br />a. Name of owner; <br />b. Address of owner; <br />c. Telephone number of owner, or if the owner has no telephone, the word.s: "No <br />phone”; and <br />(2 1 The door of such structure can be opened from the outside at all times when the same <br />is in use. <br />(b) No person shall leave any fish house, warming house or other similar structure on <br />any frozen waters within the harbor limits of this city after February 28 of any j’ear. <br />(c) No person shall use any fish house, warming house, or other similar structure for any <br />unlawful purpose. <br />(Ord.
