r <br />Orono City Council <br />March 19, 1997 <br />Page 3 <br />Q.Docs the Lake Minnetonka Conservation District’s have regulations that affect <br />the City’s ability to regulate harbor activities? <br />A.In certain circumstances, the ordinances and regulations of the Lake <br />Minnetonka Conservation District may have concurrent jurisdiction with the <br />city regarding certain activities. There is, however, no case law determining <br />the exact contours of that concurrent jurisdiction.
