In addition, as part of the close-out of the Stubbs Bay Sewer Construction
Fund the General Fund received a transfer-in of $32,100, effective December 31, 1996,
for reimbursement of general administrative charges. These
amendments are listed in the table below. In addition to the operating expenditures, there
were two approved capital expenditures from the General Fund that require budget
amendments. These were the $100,000 transfer to the PIR Fund for storm water
management, and the expenditure of $250,000 for the purchase of the Hennepin County
(library) property at the northeast comer of Highway 12 and Old Ciy ’stal Bay Road.
A listing of the requested budget amendment amounts is as follows:
Denartment Original Amendment Amended But
Administration $ 185,715 $ 3,500 $ 189,215
Finance 147,930 1,100 149,030
Assessing 76,160 840 77,000
Fire Protection 197,465 1,260 198,725
Engineering 15,130 915 16,045
Special Services 41,850 4,650 46,500
Contingency 176,170 350,000 513,905
(12,265)
Net amendments
• <
$ 350.000.
