Hus <br />reconunendation is based on a survey of prevailing wage rates for several area golf courses. The <br />seasonal golf course employees are restricted lo maximum six month time period for employment <br />in order to maintain a "non-benefit" status for PERA and FICA. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve a pay range of $6.25-7.10 per hour for the seasonal golf course employees for <br />the 1997 season and establish a maximum six month time period for employment. <br />i <br />• 1
