Both members were initially appointed to the commission in 1993, Over the past <br />year. Dale has attended 9 of the 11 Planning Commission meetings and Janice has attended 7 of the <br />11 meetings. <br />The first step in the reappointment process is for the Council to determine whether the 2 commission <br />members are eligible for reappointment. If so, they will be contacted to determine their interest in <br />serving an additional term. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to indicate the eligibility of Dale Lindquist and Janice Berg for reappointment to a 3 year <br />term on the Planning Commission,
