My sales organization of 8 Representatives and myself, work in hospitals and <br />with Ophthalmologists during surgery, to change from conventional cataract surgery, to the <br />new modality that we have developed over the last 12 years. <br />The office for which I am applying, would be described as follows. It is a Regional Sales <br />office for my sales force. I am one of 7 regional offices in the US, most of which operate <br />from the home. Because of the success of the new modality that we have developed, our <br />business has grown rapidly in the last 4 years. Because of the amount of travel required in <br />my position, I will require clerical help in the future. Our home cannot be viewed from the <br />street (Femdale), as there are bushes and shrubs blocking the view. No signage is required <br />or desired and no imposition will be made on any neighbor by parking of any cars, as the <br />parking areas are not visible from Femdale. <br />I respectfully request that my application be approved as submitted. <br />Sincere regards. <br />Thomas W.
