Typical concerns for <br />this property include access to Highway 12 and North Brown Road <br />together with the concern for safety at the North Brown Road and <br />Highway 12 intersection. <br />Discussion of Alternatives - <br />Alternative No. 1 - Present Zoning <br />If this property were to develop as it is currently guided <br />and zoned/ it would result in a narrow strip of commercial uses <br />along Highway 12. However, since these businesses will be <br />restricted from direct access off Highw'ay 12, some form of <br />frontage road will need to be provided.
