Section 4. The municipal code of Orono is hereby amended by amending the official zoning map <br />and zoning use district boundaries for the property described as follows: <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 34, T 118 N, R 23 W, <br />bounded on the north by the south line of Outlot D, Sugar Woods, Hennepin County, <br />Minnesota; on the west by the east line of Outlet E, Sugeu Woods, Hennepin County, <br />Miimesota; on the east by the west line of Outlot F, Sugar Woods, Hennepin County, <br />Minnesota; and on the south by a line drawn 1,170 feet south of and parallel to the north line <br />of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter. <br />and <br />That part of Outlot E, Sugar Woods, Hennepin County, Mirmesota lying north of a line drawn <br />1,170 feet south of and parallel to the north line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest <br />Quarter of Section 34, T 118 N, R 23 W. <br />Said property is hereby rezoned from RR-IB Single Family Rural Residential District to B-1 Retail <br />Sales Business District. <br />Section 5.
