Wenkstem <br />Lakeview Golf of Orono, Inc. <br />405 North Arm Drive <br />Malt Liquor (Beer) License:Orono Golf Course <br />265 Orono Orchard Road <br />Special Event Permit:Clyde Gates <br />Foot Race on Luce Line <br />April 12,1997,8.30 a.m.-10:30 a.m. <br />Spring Parade of Homes <br />Stickne> . Schwarz Builders, Inc. <br />2920 Somerset Lane <br />3-8 p.m. weekdays <br />noon - 6 weekends <br />(•#24) BILLS <br />Goetten moved, Peterson seconded, to approve payment of the All Funds Account. <br />Vote: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Peterson moved, Jabbour seconded, to temporarily adjourn at 12:34 a.m. Vote: Ayes 5, <br />Nays 0. <br />The meeting was reconvened at 12:36 a.m. and readJourned to an Executive Session. <br />The Council met in an executive session to discuss pending litigation. The Council <br />approved the City's participation in the appeal of two companion civil actions to the <br />Minnesota Court of Appeals, and approved the adoption of a resolution requesting the <br />LMCIT to process the apprp.l on behalf of the City.
