—^ <br />LATE FEE - Renewals <br />Application for renewal of licenses shall be made no later than March 1 of the license year. The City <br />shall not accept renewal license applications received after February 1 unless the application is <br />accompanied bv a late fee of $25.00. <br />REVIEW PROCEDURE <br />When a complete application is received, the application will be reviewed by the City Council and, <br />in the case of new or unusual applications, also by the Planning Commission and Marina Committee. <br />The Council will pass upon the application after complete review. <br />THE SUBJECT DOCK MAY BE INSTALLED AND/OR OPENED FOR USE ONLY UPON <br />APPROVAL OF THE LICENSE BY THE CITY COL>NCIL. <br />Pursuant to Section 5.42 of the Orono Municipal Code, the applicant hereby requests the Orono City <br />Council to review this Joint Use Dock License Application, and agrees and authorizes the City of <br />Orono and the City’s employees and agents to enter upon the property at any reasonable time to <br />perform safety and code compliance inspections. <br />Signed Date <br />ii* <br />V JO’ <br />,/ <br />City of Orono <br />P.O.
