These are all renewal licenses with no changes from past approvals, except that Big <br />Island Veterans Camp is requesting one additional permanent moorage slip for a 4th camp boat. <br />This increase does not conflict with the cuncnt CUP approval (Resol. #2802) and will be in <br />conformity with the LMCD rules based on shoreline length. <br />Staff has received no complaii. 5 legarding any of these joint use dock operations during the past <br />year. All have paid the apru>priate fee, except that the Pheasant Lawn application was received <br />six weeks late and will be issued upon payment of the $25.00 late fee. The City has yet to <br />receive renewal applications from Lindahl, et al (Bohn's Point area) and Victoria Estates. <br />Staff* Recommendation <br />Staff recommends approval of 1997 Joint Use Dock Licenses for Big Island Veteran’s Camp, Big <br />Island, Inc., Forest Arms Homeowners Association, Foxhill Homeowners Association, Minnetonka <br />Power Squadron, Nelson/Gagc/Carlson, Navarre Cove Homeowners Association, Pheasant Lawn <br />Homeo\Miers Association, Sandy Beach, and Walter's Port IIomeowTiers Association per the <br />attached resolutions. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Approval of the above noted 1997 Joint Use Dock Licenses. <br />PROPOSED MOTION: Moved by ____, seconded by ___, to adopt Resolutions No.------- <br />through granting 1997 Joint Use Dock Licenses to Big Island Veteran's Camp, Big Island, <br />Inc., Forest Anns Homeowners Association, Foxhill Homeowners Association, Minnetonka Power <br />Squadron, Nelson/Gage/Carlson, Navarre Cove Homeowners Association, Pheasant Lawn <br />Homeowners Association, Sandy Beach, and Walter’s Port Homeowners Association.
