Section 10.22, Subd. 1, B., Lakeshore Set Back Regulations. <br />The setback from the shoreline for lakeshore lots: <br />B. No principal or accessory structure shall be located within 75 feet of the lakeshore <br />nor closer to the lakeshore than the average distance from the shoreline of existing <br />residence buildings on adjacent lots. <br />The existing structure is approximately 45 feet from the 929.4 contour for Lake Minnetonka.
