Section jO.22, Subd.2, Lake shore Hardcover and Land Alteration <br />Within 75 feet of shoreline there shall be no excavating, filling, hardcover, temporary or <br />permanent structures except as permitted under Subdivision 1 of this section. Within 75 to <br />250 feet of the shoreline there shall be no greater than 25% hardcover. Within 250 feet to <br />500 feet of the shoreline there shall be no greater than 30% hardcover. C, 6., Average Lake shore setback <br />No principal or accessory structure shall be located closer to the lakeshore than the average <br />distance from the shoreline of existing residence buildings on adjacent lots, except that this <br />does not apply to stairways, lifts, landings, and lockboxes. Further, the average lakeshore <br />setback shall apply only to classified lakes, and shall not apply to tributaries.
