Minnesota 55331 <br />Tonka Bay City Council: <br />On behalf of the Orono City Council and the City of Orono, 1 want to express my deep regret and <br />sympathy to the City of Tonka Bay on the passing of Mayor Vem Haug. Mayor Haug has been both <br />a personal friend and a friend to the Cit>’ of Orono and the Lake Minnetonka area for many years. <br />His passing is a major loss to both Tonka Bay and the Lake Minnetonka community.
